Ineos to acquire Sasol’s stake in Gemini HDPE joint venture for $404 million
INEOS announced that INEOS Olefins and Polymers USA has agreed to enter into an Agreement in Principle with Sasol in Together Chemicals North America LLC 4.04 to enter into an Agreement in Principle to acquire a 50% membership interest in Gemini HDPE LLC (Gemini).
