Polymer water resistant coating dispersant

HT-5027 is a high molecular weight water-resistant dispersant widely used in coating production. It has excellent molecular weight and quite narrow molecular weight distribution. Therefore, in the manufacturing process of latex paint, it has good compatibility with the whole coating system. The selection of HT-5027 dispersant can improve the coloring, gloss and water resistance of the coating, and also improve the drying speed of the coating. A large number of examples show that after adding HT-5027 dispersant, the grouting efficiency of pigments and fillers is improved, which effectively inhibits the coarsening of pigments and fillers and the viscosity rebound of pigments and fillers, so as to improve the storage stability of coatings, especially the water resistance of coatings.

Purpose:
HT-5027 dispersant can be applied to the production of iron red, iron yellow paste and various latex paints. It is not only suitable for common inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, lithopone, heavy calcium, light calcium, and talc, but also has considerable dispersion effect on phthalocyanine organic pigments.

Recommended Addition:
It is usually used in combination with HT5040 dispersant to give full play to its superior performance and reduce cost. The recommended addition amount is 0.05-1.0% (solid composition / solid composition) of the quality of pigments and fillers.

20kg iron bucket or 30kg, 250kg plastic bucket.
