The changes, which come into effect from April 1, 2023, are also to groom internal talent for key leadership roles as part of its succession planning. As part of the said restructuring, Ravi Mehra, who is currently designated as Deputy Managing Director, will be responsible for marketing, human resource, strategy, purchase, information technology and corporate affairs, the company said in a regulatory filing. Sunil Bohra, Group CFO, will take on the additional responsibility of CEO, safety and control systems (SCS Domain), it added.
