On June 18, 2003, Sanyou Chemical A-shares were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In 2005, the equity split reform was completed. In 2011, the relevant assets of the chemical fiber company and the salt chemical company were injected into the listed company. In 2012, the injection of relevant assets of the mining company was completed, and the overall listing of the group’s main business assets was realized. The total assets are 24.8 billion yuan, the annual operating income is 20.5 billion yuan, and there are 20,000 employees. The leading products are soda ash, viscose staple fiber, caustic soda, PVC, and silicone.
