Based on IMC’s decision, DPIIT issued a list of 600 tire sizes/types on January 25, 2023, that are not manufactured in China and can be imported by Original Equipment Manufacturer Manufacturing (OEM) for replacement in the market through authorized dealers.

“Recently, after due consultation with the stakeholders, IMC the list has been reviewed and now DPIT has notified 960 the updated list of tire sizes/types through necessary changes to the previous list. The list of tire sizes/types has been updated. ” said the official.
