DCM Shriram fixes record date for interim dividend

Leading business conglomerate DCM Shriram on Tuesday fixed the record date for interim pidend for FY23 if approved. The company has decided on November 1 as the record date.

For the fiscal year 2022, the company announced a total equity pidend of 735, equating to Rs 14.7 per share. At the current price of Rs 1045.80, this results in a pidend yield of 1.41%.

Since November 15, 2000, the company has declared 46 pidends, Trendlyne data shows.

In an exchange filing, the company informed about the meeting of the board of directors scheduled for Wednesday, 19th October, for considering the unaudited financial results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for September and also the payment of interim pidend, if any, for the financial year 2022-23.

DCM Shriram is a multibagger stock with a 3-year return of 177%. However, in the last 1-year, it has delivered a negative return of over 14%.

DCM Shriram is a smallcap company with an m-cap of Rs 16,308 crore. The firm is engaged in the business of fertilizer, sugar and caustic soda.
