Pricing Trends

According to Todudu data monitoring, the average price of domestic LLDPE price (7042) was RMB 8,361 per ton on February 6, and the average price was RMB 8,354 per ton on February 10, down 0.09% during the same period, and down 1.10% from February 1st.

According to the monitoring of TuoDu data, the average price of LDPE (2426H) ex-works was RMB 9216/mt on Feb. 6th and RMB 9216/mt on Feb. 10th. As of February 1, the price remained stable.

According to the monitoring of TuoDu data, the average ex-works price of HDPE(5000S) was RMB 8,600/ton on February 6, and RMB 8,500/ton on February 10, down by 1.16% year-on-year, and down by 0.78% compared with that of February 1, the average ex-works price of HDPE(5000S) was RMB 8,600/ton on February 6 and RMB 8,500/ton on February 10 respectively.

Analytical Review Strong

PE prices were weak overall this week. HDPE fell sharply, LLDPE fell slightly, and LDPE prices were stable. On February 9, international crude oil futures fell slightly, which had a negative impact on the PE market. With PE enterprises putting into production, the pressure of product supply did not change. Downstream enterprises gradually resumed work, focusing on inventory reduction. Market purchasing sentiment is not high, orders are limited, and wait-and-see is the main focus.

After market We have enough supply of PPE. Orders may increase as downstream companies resume work and the movie season approaches. Lack of good news in the short term, Todudu PE analysts expect PE to be mainly weak.
