TotalEnergies signs waste plastic film supply deal for recycling plant in Grandpuits

TotalEnergies France's leader in plastics recycling, Paprecc, has signed a long-term commercial agreement to develop an advanced plastic film waste recycling value chain in France. The agreement will secure the future supply of Totaler's state-of-the-art plastics recycling plant in Grandpuitss. Under the terms of the agreement, Citeo Post-Consumer Packaging, the leading French organization for end-of-life household packaging, will provide a sorted flexible plastic waste stream. 

The stream will be transported to the Paprec Plastiques 80 plant in Amiens, France, where the first such sorting and preparation line will be built. TotalEnergies It will be located in Grandpuitsss state-of-the-art recycling plant on a zero-crude oil platform, utilizing these French wastes to produce recycled plastics with the same properties as the original food-grade plastics. The state-of-the-art recycling plants are Totalenergies (60%) and Plastic Energy (40%) will be able to process 15,000 construction per year 2024 Plan 2024 tons of waste per year into operation.
