Usage method:
1. Adjust the pH value of the coating with ammonia to reach 8-9
2. Dilute Dow / Dow additive ASE60 with water in the ratio of 1:1
3. In the state of low-speed stirring, slowly add the diluted Dow / Dow additive ASE60 and adjust the pH value of the coating with ammonia to keep it at 8-9
4. While stirring, measure the change of coating viscosity. After reaching the specified viscosity, stop adding thickener.
Storage:
1. Dow / Dow additive ASE60 should be stored at a temperature of 5-40 °C. If the product is inadvertently frozen, place it in warm water and mix well to thaw.
2. Dow / Dow additive ASE60 shall be stored in the original container or other containers with glass, stainless steel, plastic or epoxy resin lining. It shall not be stored in containers made of low carbon steel, copper or aluminum.
