FR-767 rutile titanium dioxide is a high-grade general rutile titanium dioxide produced by the process of sulfuric acid. The product integrates innovative research in inorganic coating, organic treatment, salt treatment, calcination control, hydrolysis and product application, using advanced hue and particle size control, inorganic and organic surface treatment of zirconium and aluminum, so that the product has better application performance.

Through the hydrolysis process of Fangyuan titanium white carefully designed, the product has a small particle size, a whiter color, blue phase and higher hiding power.

 

★ Surface treatment

The optical performance of the FR-767 is optimized with advanced zirconium, aluminum inorganic and organic surface treatments. Zirconium compounds are used in the surface treatment, which can make the product achieve better hiding power, have a higher gloss, and make the product have good weather resistance. Adding organic treatment agent to cover the surface of FR-767 greatly improves the dispersion performance of the product.

The strict hydrolysis calcination process makes the particle size distribution of FR-767 more concentrated, giving the product higher gloss, good dispersion, excellent covering power and coloring power.

★ Application characteristics

1. Blue phase: the particle size is small and uniform, which can effectively scatter blue light more than the large particle size, so it has a blue phase and excellent whiteness.

2. High weather resistance: lattice integrity, the use of advanced zirconium, aluminum inorganic and organic surface treatment, so can ensure high weather resistance.
