During this period, the company's binder asphalt, wash oil, industrial naphthalene, anthracene oil and other products achieved full production and sales. Liang Xiaopeng, deputy general manager of the company, pointed out on August 8,"The price change cycle of raw materials and products in the coal tar deep processing industry is short and flexible, which requires us to pay close attention to market dynamics, focus on producing high value-added products, and rely on excellent quality to stabilize old customer bases and open up new markets."

It is understood that the industrial naphthalene market price will continue to remain high this year. In order to cope with market changes, Shoucheng Technology's tar processing plant carried out fine distillation and separation treatment on the naphthalene wash mixed oil, successfully extracting industrial naphthalene at the top of the rectification tower, and at the same time obtaining wash oil at the bottom of the tower. In March this year, the company significantly reduced the naphthalene content in wash oil through technological innovation, reducing it from the original more than 20% to 0%. This not only improved the quality of wash oil, but also significantly increased the output of industrial naphthalene. As a result, wash oil can make an additional profit of 100 yuan per ton, which is expected to increase the company's profit by more than 3.5 million yuan throughout the year. At the same time, the daily output of industrial naphthalene has also increased by about 20 tons, which is expected to bring about 14 million yuan in additional revenue to the company throughout the year.

In addition, binder asphalt has also become an important profit point for Shoucheng Technology. Recently, the company established a cooperative relationship with a graphite box board manufacturer in Ankang, Shanxi Province, to supply binder asphalt, further broadening the market and improving profitability. At the same time, the company has also successfully established strategic cooperation on the supply of anthracene oil with customers in Jiaozuo, Henan and Yuncheng, Shanxi.

Looking to the future, executive director Xu Yongjin revealed,"We plan to upgrade the equipment of the needle coke factory, aiming to flexibly adjust the production of impregnant asphalt and binder asphalt according to market demand, with a view to further expanding sales channels while reducing costs.
