According to local media reports in Pingluo County, the 12000-ton superconducting carbon black project site of Ningxia Jinhai Wode Co., Ltd. is a busy construction scene. At the construction site, mixers and rotary piles soared into the clouds. The roar of machines and the knocking of steel bars intertwined. Transport vehicles were busy shuttling through the construction site. More than 100 workers were distributed in various processes. They sweated like rain and went all out to promote project construction. At present, the construction progress is more than half way, with a cumulative investment of about 60 million yuan. It is expected that the capping work will be completed by October 30 this year.

Wang Lin, deputy general manager of Ningxia Jinhai Wode Technology Co., Ltd., said that the planned total investment of the project is between 160 million and 170 million yuan, mainly including five units. It is expected that the construction will be completed and put into production before the end of the year. The project uses the domestic leading thermal cracking production process and advanced equipment to produce superconducting carbon black. This product has excellent adsorption, thermal stability and superior electrical conductivity, and is used in lithium batteries, energy storage, shielding materials and tire capsules. It is popular in the industry.

At the same time, Wang Lin also mentioned that another significant advantage of the project is that the acetylene gas produced can meet the production needs of propionyl chloride and sulfurous acid in the first phase of the project, allowing the company's production to form a complete circular economy chain. In addition, after the project is completed, the excess acetylene gas can also be used for the expansion and technological transformation of the first phase of the project in the future, thereby promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading of the enterprise.

The successful completion of this project will not only promote the development of relevant industrial chains, but also play a positive role in optimizing the county's industrial structure, rationally utilizing resources, increasing the added value of products, and enhancing the comprehensive economic strength of Pingluo County.
