Equipment installation for the carbon-based new material project in Hejin City comes to an end

According to local media reports in Hejin City, with the strong support of Hejin Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhengfan Technology's carbon-based new material project has advanced to the final stage of equipment installation, and is expected to reach the conditions for joint commissioning in August.

This project is an important extension of the 1.72 million-ton coking project of Yumenkou Co., Ltd. and is also regarded as one of the key projects in Hejin City. It focuses on expanding the research and development, production and application of new carbon-based materials, and aims to promote the deepening and upgrading of related industrial chains.

According to the Carbon Black Industry Network, the special carbon black production line in this project uses a unique "metal reactor" non-stereotyped new equipment, equipped with a 960-degree high-temperature air preheater and a waste heat heating gas device. These advanced technologies not only help improve the core quality of products, but also significantly reduce energy consumption, thereby achieving the goals of energy conservation and carbon emission reduction. In addition, cutting-edge tubular reactor technology has been introduced into the fine processing of coal tar, which can ensure the stable, continuous and efficient production of traditional coal tar products required by the market, while being compatible with the production of special needs products that are scarce in the market. It is worth mentioning that the project can also fully recycle the tail gas generated during coal tar processing, realizing the internal circulation of energy resources, further reflecting the environmental protection and sustainability of the project.
