Glass import and export analysis: According to customs data, glass imports in February 2024 were 28,300 tons, a year-on-year increase of 77% to 16,000 tons and a month-on-month increase of 45%.

In terms of countries, the top three regions for glass imports in February were: Malaysia with 14,000 tons, China Taiwan with 3,800 tons, and Thailand with 3,600 tons, accounting for 50%, 14%, and 13% respectively.

According to customs data, glass exports in February 2024 were 22,600 tons, down 58% year-on-year from 53,700 tons and 40% month-on-month from 37,800 tons.

In terms of countries, the top three glass exports in February were South Korea with 2,500 tons, United Arab Emirates with 1,400 tons, and Bangladesh with 1,100 tons, accounting for 30%, 16%, and 13% respectively.
