Glass output and operating rate in January 2024

Glass output: In January 2024, China's glass output was 5.3692 million tons, an increase of 9.38% year-on-year and a month-on-month increase of 0.3%.

Glass operating rate: The glass market operating rate in January was 85.27%, an increase of 1.21% month-on-month in December. Downstream enterprises in some regions were stocking up before the year, and the overall demand for glass was still acceptable. Some glass companies were rushing to produce, and the operating rate of enterprises was slightly increased.
