Semi-process enterprises still have insufficient start-ups, full-process enterprises have gradually released new production capacity, and market output has increased slightly.

In November 2023, China's top three producing regions of titanium sponge in China, Liaoning, Yunnan, and Xinjiang accounted for 27%, 17%, and 16% of China's total output respectively.

Sponge titanium market supply remains high, downstream military market demand is stable, civil market demand is weak, ship pressure on sponge titanium companies has increased, market high transaction pressure is great, new order prices have dropped; recently, raw material prices have stabilized, and the cost of sponge titanium remains high, and sponge titanium prices are still high, and sponge titanium prices are difficult to rise or fall; as the new production capacity of some market companies is gradually released, sponge titanium production will continue to increase in December.
