Panzhihua Steel's Two Skills Master Studios Selected as Provincial Construction Project

A few days ago, five departments, including the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Sichuan Province, announced the list of construction projects of Sichuan provincial skill master studio in 2022. Panzhihua Vanadium "Li Sheng Converter steelmaking skills Master Studio" and Panchang Special "Hu Bo Electrical skills Master Studio" are on the list.

In 2022, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. actively organize the declaration and evaluation of the construction project of provincial high-skilled personnel training base and skilled master studio in 2022 in accordance with the requirements of the notice issued by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance. Through the procedures of expert evaluation, comprehensive evaluation, publicity and review, a total of 10 skill master studios were identified as provincial skill master studios, and two studios of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company were successfully selected.

Panzhihua Vanadium "Li Sheng Converter steelmaking skills Master Studio" is the predecessor of "Pangang Nie Shaogang Converter steelmaking skills Master Studio", which was established in 2013. After retiring, the first generation leader changed its name to "Panzhihua Li Sheng Converter steelmaking skills Master Studio" in 2019, with Li Sheng, a key member of the studio, as the second generation leader, and was recognized as Panzhihua skill Master Studio in 2021. In recent years, the studio has focused on intelligent steelmaking, solving production pain points, cultivating skilled personnel, etc., and has innovatively promoted and applied more than 10 new technologies, such as hot slag reuse, iron grain maintenance technology, converter bottom circular masonry, and so on. More than 20 production technical problems have been overcome, with an average annual benefit of more than 13 million yuan, a number of advanced operation methods have been summarized and 9 patents authorized by the state have been obtained. At the same time, it has trained 5 senior technicians, 7 technicians, 1 craftsman of Panzhihua, 1 technical champion of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., and 1 top ten outstanding youth of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.

Panchangte "Hubo Electrotechnical Masters Studio" was established in 2014, and has been awarded the title of "Panchang Tehubo Electrotechnical Masters Studio", "Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Labor Model Innovation Studio", "Jiangyou Hubo Electrotechnical skills Masters Studio", "Panzhihua Hubo Electrical skills Masters Studio", "Mianyang skill Masters Studio" and "Sichuan Labor Model and craftsmen Talent Innovation Studio". Under the leadership of the organizer Hu Bo, the studio has achieved positive results in solving on-site problems, technological innovation, personnel training and so on. Completed more than 50 technical innovation and efficiency projects such as "improving the production efficiency of large coil", saving energy and creating efficiency of more than 1000 yuan; participated in the research of "easy-cutting steel rod and wire rolling head cracking", reduced scrap loss by 1.8 million yuan, increased the yield of Panchang special titanium and titanium alloy wire from 87% to 92%, completed more than 80 minor leathering and rationalization suggestions, and created a cumulative effect of more than 2 million yuan. Carry out more than 600 class hours of technical training such as "operation training of large coil production line", train more than 400 person-times, and train 10 senior technicians, 12 technicians, 14 senior workers and 17 intermediate workers.

It is reported that in recent years, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has continuously stepped up the training of skill masters and built 80 skill masters, including 1 national skill master studio, 3 provincial skill master studio, 25 municipal skill master studio, 20 group skill master studio, and 31 sub-company level skill master studio.
