It is reported that in May 2021, Baose Co., Ltd. began to undertake the development task of high-temperature nickel-based alloy devices and pipes for commercial aeroengine high-temperature and high-pressure combustion chamber test stands in the major science and technology project of the C919 large aircraft. At the beginning of the project, Baose Co., Ltd. established a project team headed by the general manager, carefully deployed and focused on it, and worked closely with the technical personnel of Aviation Development and Development of China during the manufacturing process to overcome technical problems such as welding of ultra-high temperature alloy N06617 materials, high-precision three-dimensional space heat treatment and deformation prevention control of main gas pipelines, and forming and welding of large-diameter and high-precision N06617 thick-walled pipes. For the first time in China, the trial production of N06617 high temperature and high pressure device and pipeline was successfully completed, providing a key guarantee for the successful construction of the high temperature and high pressure combustion chamber test rig of China Aviation Development Commercial Development Corporation. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the project construction, China Aviation Development Commercial Development and Baose Co., Ltd. have conducted many exchanges of technical solutions and jointly participated in more than 40 weekly meetings held by relevant contractors to jointly review progress, analyze problems, and propose measures.
