At 14:18 on June 13, 2023, Unit 6 of the Phase III Project of Zheneng Yueqing Power Plant of Zhejiang Province's "Thousands of Trillions" major project and provincial key project passed 168 hours of full-load trial operation and was officially put into commercial operation. It marks that the high-performance titanium welded pipes produced by Jintian Xincai have been put into full operation in the third phase of Yueqing Power Plant's 2X1000 MW power generation project.
The third phase of Yueqing Power Plant is China's first million-million thermal power unit to localize titanium welded pipes. The total demand for titanium welded pipes is 286 tons and the total length is about 900,000 meters. The titanium welded pipes produced by Jintian Xincai have been well received by Zheneng Group and Dongfang Steam Turbine in terms of quality stability, performance reliability, and timeliness of delivery. Jintian Xincai used its own strength to dispel all doubts about whether millions of units in the industry use imported pipes. At the same time, the smooth commissioning of the project has also created favorable conditions for Jintian Xincai to have the opportunity to participate in millions of units such as Zheneng Group Liuheng Power Plant Phase II and Jiaxing Power Plant Phase IV.
