CNNC Titanium White announced that the company has signed a capital increase agreement with Zhaoqing Helin Liye Technology Co., Ltd. and all shareholders to increase the capital of Helin Liye by 450 million yuan in stages. After the completion of this transaction, the company holds 75.385% equity of Helin Liye, and Helin Liye becomes a holding subsidiary of the company and is included in the scope of the company's consolidated statements. Helin Liye is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research and development, production and sales of lithium batteries, BMS, power battery systems, and energy storage systems. After the completion of this transaction, the company's main business product line will be extended to new energy battery products such as power batteries, energy storage batteries, and special power supplies, which will have a positive impact on optimizing the company's main business income.
