Gasoline price index

On May 30, China's gasoline price index rose 8.12, or 0.09%, to 8748.54, while China's gasoline price index rose 8.23, or 0.09%, to 9049.78. The 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index both rose, and the price difference between the 9-month gasoline index and the 9-month gasoline index was 301.24.

 

Gasoline market analysis:

Today, the wholesale prices of gasoline in various parts of China are sorted out between the high and low prices in the region. The ex-factory price of geo-refinery fluctuates within a narrow range, with the high-end prices of 9-kilogram and 9-kilowatt gasoline in East China and the low-end gasoline prices in North China rising by 20 yuan per ton. High-end gasoline prices in North China have fallen somewhat, with a reduction of 50 yuan per ton. Gasoline prices in Shandong, Central China, Northwest and Northeast China have remained stable for the time being. At present, the turnover of China's gasoline market is general, the terminal procurement is insufficient, the demand remains weak, and there is no favorable support. Approaching the day of price adjustment, the market has a strong wait-and-see mentality. Overall, the gasoline market remained stable and trading was limited.

Future forecast

From the perspective of international crude oil, the United States has reached an agreement on the debt ceiling negotiations, international crude oil prices have risen again, and international crude oil has some support. From a macro policy point of view, the refined oil window opened at 24:00 today, and the expectation of price increase is clear, but at present, the boost to the market is limited. From the demand point of view, the rigid demand procurement is more, the demand side is difficult to improve in the short term. On the supply side, the starting load is OK, China's gasoline spot resources are OK, and the supply remains stable. On the whole, the price of China's gasoline market is expected to stabilize in the short term.

 

 

Maximum retail price list of gasoline and diesel in provinces, autonomous regions, cities and central cities

Since 24:00 on May 16, 2023, the prices of gasoline and diesel in China (the same below) will be reduced by RMB380,365 per ton respectively. After the adjustment, the maximum retail prices of gasoline and diesel in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and central cities are shown in the attached table. The date of the price adjustment will be 24:00 on May 16, 2023, the ninth working day in China since the price adjustment was announced by the National Development and Reform Commission.
