This new environmentally friendly special rubber has broad application prospects in processing fields such as wire and cable, rubber hose, conveyor belts, rubber dams and special tires.

The Mooney index of rubber products is widely used to measure the viscosity of rubber, and rubbers with different Mooney indices also have different uses. Daqing Petrochemical Company carried out in-depth market research on chlorinated polyethylene type B material, and in accordance with the requirements of "basic + high-end", strengthened exchanges with the Daqing Center of the Research Institute of Petrochemical Engineering, and deeply participated in the entire process of product pilot testing. By carefully studying data indicators, Daqing Petrochemical has strived to improve the capabilities of technicians in new product research and development and in-depth production technical analysis, and is committed to developing more market-oriented, high-end and characteristic new products to increase revenue and benefits.

It is understood that in 2021, Daqing Petrochemical Plastics Factory's low-pressure device C line will industrially produce a new QL565P product for the first time, and its performance indicators have met the expected requirements. QL565P is a chlorinated polyethylene product with medium to high Mooney Index. It is mainly used to make conveyor belts, stair handrails, indoor wires and cables, etc. After the new product was sent to downstream manufacturers for processing tests, it received unanimous praise and expanded production began in 2022. Based on this successful experience, Daqing Petrochemical Plastics Factory successfully produced a new chlorinated polyethylene B-type QL585P product with a higher Bounney index in March 2022. This product has better cold resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance and flame retardant properties.

The three rubber-based polyethylene base resins, QL565P, QL585P and QL545P, are all produced on the C line of the low pressure unit of Daqing Petrochemical Plastics Plant. They are all based on QL505P chlorinated polyethylene powder. Developed.
