In September, titanium dioxide output declined in most regions. In September, the market entered the traditional peak season. Due to weak demand, the market remained weak and downward. Shipping pressure was great. Some manufacturers cut production and stopped production, and started to decline. However, demand was still relatively low in October, and the contradiction between supply and demand was prominent. In early October, the price of dragon enterprises was lowered, and the market price continued to weaken. In addition, the anti-dumping tax rates from India and Brazil were announced in October or one after another. The titanium dioxide market was under high competition pressure, and the market wait-and-see attitude was strong, and titanium dioxide prices continued to be discussed.
