On November 5, at the site of the 260-ton thermal system upgrade project of Hubei Shuanghuan Technology Co., Ltd.(referred to as "Shuanghuan Technology"), tower cranes were tall, welding lights were flashing, and various construction machinery were crowded. It was a busy scene. After the implementation of the project, more than 9600 tons of standard coal can be saved every year, carbon emissions can be reduced by 25,000 tons, and costs can be reduced by more than 11 million yuan.
Traditional industries represented by chemical industry are key areas of energy consumption and carbon emissions, and are also the main battlefield for energy conservation and carbon reduction. Shuanghuan Technology actively responds to the national call for energy conservation and carbon reduction, fully promotes the construction of thermal system upgrading and transformation projects, continues to reduce "three wastes" emissions through technological upgrading and green transformation, vigorously develops the circular economy, and empowers the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries with new productivity. Promote the clean and efficient use of traditional energy such as coal.
Shuanghuan Technology has invested a total of 199 million yuan to implement the thermal system upgrading project, building a new 260t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and its supporting auxiliary facilities, with a building area of 35,414.2 square meters and a building area of 10,820.92 square meters. In the future, the stability of the heating and steam supply system can be greatly improved, and the boiler efficiency can reach 92.5%.
Since the project was launched in June this year, construction has been changing rapidly. So far, the pouring work of coal bunker bay and degassing bay, the erection of internal frames and the binding of column steel bars, the concrete work of centralized control buildings, the installation of templates and the binding of steel bars have all been completed. The chimney superstructure has progressed to 18 modules and 25.6 meters, and the overall progress has been 50%. It is expected to be put into production in March next year.
As an important technological transformation project of Shuanghuan Technology this year, the project has a large construction volume, high difficulty, tight construction period, and extremely difficult construction organization and safety risk management. Shuanghuan Technology and Hubei Industrial Construction and Installation Company, the general contractor of the project construction, jointly planned and carefully deployed, carefully formulated detailed and precise construction plans, scientifically and reasonably arranged the construction plan, reversed the construction period, and operated wall charts to ensure the early completion and operation of the project.
