In terms of power systems, we deepen the spirit of the word "province" and build a solid foundation for intelligence. Focusing on the main line of digitalization and intelligence, we continue to increase technological transformation and innovation efforts. The workshop set up a research team to conduct in-depth discussions on digital scenario development projects, and used digital intelligent systems to integrate the number of employees in peripheral pumping stations such as Caofeidian Pumping Station and Douhe Pumping Station, so that the peripheral pumping stations can be unattended and every drop of water can be made to maximize value under intelligent management and control. With the advancement of digital and intelligent projects this year, we organized and carried out a special seminar on "Intelligent Innovation, Management and Docking". Employees brainstormed issues such as high external water supply costs and sometimes power outages, and proposed to add a technical solution to the south side of the underground water pump station. Add a steep river pipeline branch to the groundwater collection tank, completely solve the Luanhe River water supply outage crisis, reduce the water bill by 2.78 million yuan every year, and truly move into a "overtaking lane" with short time and quick results. At the same time, we have taken a different approach in saving electricity and independently tackled the problem of compressed air waste caused by high resistance and serious air loss in compressed air transmission pipelines. The workshop has set up a professional research team to fully investigate the outlet pressure of the air compressor main engine and production gas pressure, evaluate the operating characteristics of the gas-liquid separator and dryer, optimize the design many times based on the site conditions, and finally determine the transformation plan to reduce the entire production system. Energy consumption directly creates energy-saving benefits. The workshop also reorganized the process management methods, strictly implemented process operation procedures and process parameter control, strengthened the assessment of key indicators such as compressed air pressure and dew point, and accurately adjusted the dew point value according to temperature changes to ensure stable production gas and smooth water use. These actions to tap potential and increase efficiency play a vital role in improving the company's economic benefits.
In terms of management change, we strengthen the connotation of the word "creation" and consolidate the momentum of efficiency. The workshop actively explores new management concepts and methods, implements self-operated management models for important equipment and key projects, and truly realizes the transformation of "outsourcing" to "self-operated". This is not only a change in project management methods, but also a reform and initiative in workshop management. An important manifestation of responsibility is not only saving costs from materials, but also seeking actions from people, achieving practical benefits, and achieving results from subjective efforts, which not only saves costs but also strengthens employee skills. In addition, employees took the initiative to propose a project to optimize the water seepage process around Bainichang. Technicians inspected the site many times and laid 400 meters of DN200 PE pipelines by themselves, saving 40,000 yuan in outsourced construction and 100,000 yuan in electricity bills every year.
