Recently, the reporter learned from the site of the museum display cabinet glass processing project with a total investment of 30 million yuan that the main structure of the project has been capped and exterior wall installation and site leveling are under way. It is expected to be completed by the end of this year and officially put into operation in January next year.

"Live up to the good autumn times and be busy with the construction of key projects." At the construction site of the museum showcase glass processing project located in Shuikou Park of Jiazhou Industrial Park, a brand-new factory building of more than 8800 square meters looks particularly dazzling in the sun. Inside the factory, machinery roared, forklifts and transport vehicles shuttled back and forth. Workers were stepping up the binding of steel bars and leveling the ground in the factory. "The project is expected to be completed by the end of November, and work on exterior wall panels, ground leveling, drainage and power supply are now underway. Equipment installation and debugging will be carried out in December, and trial production will be carried out in January next year." Project owner Cao Yalin told reporters.

It is understood that the museum showcase glass processing project was invested and constructed by Sichuan Longbo New Materials Co., Ltd. This company is the earliest company in China to focus on the protection of cultural relics and the processing of display products. It specializes in processing laminated glass for museum display cabinets, with a market share of approximately 40%. It has participated in the construction of more than 380 museums outside China. The project is expected to have a total investment of RMB 30 million and build two new special glass production lines with an annual production capacity of 150,000 square meters. After the project is completed, the project will become the third professional special glass production enterprise to have special glass production lines after Beijing and Shanghai. It is expected to pay an average annual tax of approximately 1 million yuan.

"After the project is completed, the annual output will reach 150,000 square meters, five times more than the previous output of 30,000 square meters. As more equipment will be added to the production line, more than 20 new jobs will be created, providing a total of more than 50 job opportunities." Cao Yalin said.
