On October 17, the author walked into the high-quality large-tonnage aerospace and navigation precision melting and forging production line project site located in Baoji High-tech Zone. Workers were busy welding, assembling and testing the equipment.

The project is a "forging long plate" project in Baoji's titanium and titanium alloy industry. It is built by Shaanxi Dentishen Aviation New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a provincial-level specialized and innovative enterprise, with a total investment of 860 million yuan and an annual planned investment of 350 million yuan., high-standard factories will be built and high-quality smelting production lines will be installed.

"At present, the main body of the factory has been capped, the 10,000-ton fast forging machine has been put into operation, and the installation work of eight smelting furnaces is underway, and debugging is being prepared in the near future. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in June next year." said Li Yongli, deputy general manager of the company.

Li Yongli introduced that the project will benchmark international standards and build a national-level non-ferrous metal forging and processing base with high-end metal forging as its main business. It will meet the country's urgent demand for high-end precision forging and processing products, and can radiate and drive the development of titanium, new materials, and high-end equipment manufacturing and other related industries.

At the same time, Baoji City focuses on future industrial development trends and plans and arranges a number of projects in new sensors, intelligent robots, new energy, new materials, pharmaceutical biology, information technology and other fields in advance to cultivate new economic growth points.

On October 17, at the project site of the high-end intelligent ecological curtain wall door and window processing base located in Fufeng Industrial Park, workers concentrated on production. Cutting, edging, chamfering, tempering... each process is carried out in an orderly manner to ensure that each product "walks" off the production line with the best quality.

Construction of the project will start in 2022 and trial production will begin in May 2023. This is inseparable from Fufeng County's persistent pursuit of creating a first-class business environment.

"A good business environment is the key to attracting large projects and good companies. We closely focus on project construction and enterprise development, accurately solve problems, accurately guide and assist, and accurately implement policies to ensure that projects are put into production with high quality and efficiency. At present, orders for the first phase of the project continue to flow, achieving a 'double harvest' of economic and social benefits, and the second phase of the project is about to be put into production." Xue Haiqiang, director of the Planning and Construction Bureau of Fufeng Industrial Park, said.

This project is the largest curtain wall glass door and window processing and production base in Northwest China. It belongs to the industrial chain of intelligent construction and new construction industry in our province. It mainly manufactures and processes high-end curtain wall glass, intelligent curtain wall doors and windows, and new building materials. It can also provide supporting processing services for professional curtain wall projects. After the project is fully completed and put into operation, it is expected that the annual output value will be more than 350 million yuan, profits and taxes will be paid to 20 million yuan, and more than 300 laborers will be employed.

"The fully intelligent tempered glass production line optimizes equipment, improves automation, and realizes one-stop operation of cutting, edging, tempering, and hollow, greatly improving processing capabilities and production efficiency." Today, orders for this project continue to flow, and products are sold to Xi'an, Lanzhou and other places. The project will also introduce supporting enterprises in steel structures, raw glass slides, etc., build a full industrial chain such as energy-saving windows, curtain walls, and prefabricated energy-saving steel structures, and strive to build a world-class production base for the entire industrial chain of the curtain wall industry.
