On October 9, the first phase of the Zhangye Daily Glass Low-Carbon Industrial Park project located in the Circular Economy Demonstration Park of Zhangye Economic and Technological Development Zone was officially put into operation, marking the completion and operation of a new material industry project with an annual output of 10,000 tons of glass solution.
Walking into the production workshop of Zhangye Daily Glass Low-Carbon Industrial Park, all types of production equipment have been installed in place, the electric furnace for manufacturing glass solutions has been installed and debugged normally, and various construction elements in the factory have taken shape and everything is in order.
Liu Quande, Chairman of Gansu Fudi Jinhong Glass Products Co., Ltd.:"We have completed the construction of the first phase, which meets the commissioning conditions of the first phase. Now it has been ignited. We will start the construction of the second phase immediately, basically completing 30% in October, and completing the production of the second phase in August 2025."
It is reported that the Zhangye Daily Glass Low-Carbon Industrial Park project has a planned area of 1500 acres and an estimated total investment of 1 billion yuan. It will be constructed in three phases. It mainly produces more than 20,000 kinds of daily glass products such as wine bottles, cosmetics bottles, and beverage bottles. The products are exported to dozens of countries. The first phase of the project implemented by the company covers an area of 100 acres and has a total investment of 200 million yuan. It has been completed and has reached the conditions for production.
The second phase of the planned project of Zhangye Daily Glass Low-Carbon Industrial Park covers an area of about 200 acres and has a total investment of 300 million yuan. It mainly builds production workshops, office buildings, warehouses, logistics and other supporting facilities. It is expected to be built in August 2025. Put into use, the annual output value of the industrial park will reach more than about 1 billion yuan. In the future, the industrial park will strive to form a full industrial chain system of production, sales, warehousing, logistics and express delivery, and product supporting processing, and build a low-carbon industrial park for daily glass with an annual output value of over 10 billion yuan.
