How to promote the detailed implementation of cost reduction and efficiency improvement work, and find breakthrough points for improving quality and efficiency? As a "large household" in energy consumption for soda production, the heavy soda workshop has focused on the annual goals and tasks in deepening the value creation action since the beginning of this year, and dug deep into the points of cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Workshop employees have taken the initiative to explore, gather intelligence to tackle key problems, and actively fight the "proactive battle" to reduce costs and reduce consumption. Faced with the current situation, as workshop managers, they must exert their maximum energy, work hard on the front line, check the pulse and inquire, prescribe prescriptions to solve problems, and make every effort to reduce costs and increase efficiency to help the company achieve various goals.
During recent production conditions, the workshop learned that the output efficiency of centrifugal pumps was reduced due to the large number of scabs on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the cold ammonia pumps. Four cold ammonia pumps were needed to be turned on to ensure normal production load, and the power consumption reached 433 kilowatts per hour. After learning about this problem, the workshop immediately formed a technical research team, and everyone worked together to study carefully and formulate solutions. After discussion, it was finally decided to demolish, inspect and clean the inlet, inlet valves and pipelines of the cold ammonia pump. By replacing the valves and cleaning the outlet pipeline, the outlet resistance of the cold ammonia pump was greatly reduced, further improving the operating efficiency of the pump. Only three cold ammonia pumps can meet production needs, saving about 90 kilowatts of electricity per hour and creating an annual efficiency of 400,000 yuan.
On the road to improving efficiency, we have given full play to our subjective initiative, faced difficulties, overcome difficulties, and put forward many "golden ideas". The soft connection at the outlet of each pump was replaced with a metal short joint, completely eliminating the hidden danger of the soft connection material, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the production system, and saving annual procurement costs of 74,000 yuan. Next, we will continue to accurately control plant control indicators such as ammonia content in waste liquid and carbonization conversion rate, actively explore new ideas for energy conservation and consumption reduction, vigorously expand the space for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, continue to explore and practice in innovation and efficiency creation, and stimulate production and operation New vitality.
