Equipment improvements such as the fusion of large and small deformation holes in roughing mill, the optimization of pinch roll in front of coiler and the optimization of water cooling device of G1 roll in roughing mill have been carried out independently, which has greatly improved the production efficiency and rolling continuity, and increased the service life of main tools and dies such as roll and pinch roll. Technical renovation projects such as high-quality continuous heating system for bar billet, wire rod rolling sizing machine, coil dual station and water quenching device provide equipment and technical support for the high-quality development of bar and wire industry.
