As a joint-stock company of Fengkuang Group, Heibao Carbon Black Company has fully completed the construction plan of three carbon black production lines after 14 years of unremitting efforts. The newly expanded No. 3 line will be officially started in June 2022 to completed in May 2024. During this period, it will cover a number of important construction projects, including a No. 4 warehouse covering an area of 5100 square meters and a No. 2 tank area with a capacity of 12000 cubic meters., and two 9-storey factories. In addition, the production line is also equipped with advanced automated control systems and various energy-saving equipment, which are at the leading level in China's carbon black production, and some technologies even reach the world's first-class.

据炭黑产业网了解，3#线工程项目在建设过程中面临了诸多挑战，如频繁的雨季天气、紧迫的工期以及复杂的协调工作等。为确保项目能够按计划推进，丰矿集团的高层多次亲临现场监督并指导工作。公司内部也成立了专门的工程建设领导小组，由总经理亲自挂帅，确保各项任务的高效执行。在整个建设过程中，总工程师和安全技术管理人员始终坚守一线，严格把控工程质量和安全，并与施工单位、调试单位及监理单位紧密合作，确保了3#线的顺利安装、验收及调试，为最终的点火成功奠定了坚实基础。

After strict single-machine test and linkage test, Line 3 was successfully ignited and entered the trial operation stage. It is expected that the output and quality of carbon black will be greatly increased after being put into operation, and the annual power generation is expected to exceed 100 million kWh. It is worth mentioning that this production line has also achieved comprehensive collection and utilization of industrial waste gas from the existing 1 #and 2 #production lines, ensuring zero emission of waste gas and demonstrating the company's environmental awareness and social responsibility.
