U.S. Jushi Company deepens cooperation with Paris Mining Institute

5月16日消息，全球领先的等离子炭黑与氢气生产商美国巨石(Monolith)公司今日披露，其与巴黎文理研究大学矿业学院(École des Mines de Paris-PSL，简称“巴黎矿业学院”)已将合作协议延长至2030年2月。根据新协议，两家机构将在法国索菲亚-安提波利斯(Sophia Antipolis)共同设立一个研究中心，旨在进一步拓展其研发成果。

The origins of this cooperation can be traced back to more than ten years ago, when Jushi, under the leadership of Dr. Laurent Fulcheri, began a preliminary cooperation with the Paris School of Mines. The college's deep accumulation in thermal plasma processing and innovative pyrolysis technology has provided strong support for Jushi Company's clean product production. Now, with the expansion of the cooperation framework, the two sides plan to further expand the depth and breadth of research and explore new applications of thermal plasma based on previous successes, with a view to achieving new breakthroughs in innovation and sustainable development.

据炭黑产业网了解，巨石公司的联合创始人兼首席执行官罗布·汉森(Rob Hanson)对此次合作寄予厚望。他表示，巴黎矿业学院一直是巨石公司的重要合作伙伴，在技术创新方面共同探索前行。此次合作关系的深化，将为客户提供更多现场观看巴黎矿业学院团队开展变革性研究的机会，从而合作开发出利用低排放炭黑制造更环保的日常产品的新途径。

Vincent Laflèche, managing director of the Paris School of Mines, also highly agreed with the cooperation. He believes that this cooperation fully demonstrates the college's research commitment to supporting enterprises 'transformation to carbon neutrality, and is also a concrete practice of the entrepreneurial spirit that the college has adhered to since its establishment.
