Shanghai City Chemical Industry Association walks into Cabot Asia Pacific Headquarters

4月28日消息，近日，上海市化工行业协会的主要成员莅临卡博特亚太区总部，围绕“安全环保”主题展开了一场深入的研讨会。

In the conference room of Cabot Investment (China) Co., Ltd., Wang Xia, President of the Shanghai City Chemical Industry Association, delivered an opening speech. She emphasized that Cabot was chosen as the venue for the first seminar after the change of the association and focused on safety and environmental protection issues, aiming to promote Cabot's advanced concepts in safety and environmental protection to the entire chemical industry.

During the meeting, Song Pengfei, Director of Safety, Health and Environmental Affairs for Cabot Asia Pacific, detailed the company's practices and achievements in several key areas, including but not limited to safety goals and indicator management, safety leadership, contractor management, implementation of responsible care, as well as the company's "zero carbon" goals and sustainable development strategies. Delegates attending the meeting showed strong interest in these contents, asked questions and expressed their opinions one after another, and held lively discussions around a number of issues related to safety and environmental protection.
