India launches anti-dumping investigation into China's titanium dioxide

On March 28, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that the Indian Chinese company Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd., Applications submitted by Travancore Titanium Products Ltd. and VV Titanium Pigments Pvt.Ltd. for titanium dioxide originating in or imported from China Dioxide) initiated an anti-dumping investigation. This case involves Indian Customs Code 28230010 and some products under 32061110 and 32061190.
