Xinjiang Hongxu Haorui 178 million yuan to build a special carbon black production base with an annual output of 40,000 tons

新疆鸿旭浩瑞工业有限公司近日公布了一项重大投资计划，该公司将在新疆塔城地区沙湾工业园区哈拉干德工矿产品加工区的预留空地上，建设一座年产4万吨特种炭黑的工厂。

The environmental impact assessment report of the project has been released to the public by the Xinjiang Ecological Environmental Protection Industry Association for the first time, soliciting opinions and suggestions from all walks of life.

Specifically, the project is located on a reserved open space in the Harakande Industrial and Mining Products Processing Zone, Shawan Industrial Park, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang, making full use of existing industrial land resources. The total investment of the project is approximately 177.6058 million yuan, and all funds will be raised by the enterprise.

The project uses special carbon black for pigments as its main product. It will adopt the industry-leading and mature carbon black dry granulation technology. It plans to build two special carbon black production lines with a production capacity of 20,000 tons/year each to meet the market's demand for high-quality special carbon black. The total construction area of the project is approximately 11000 square meters, including 7400 square meters of carbon black factory, 1600 square meters of raw material tank farm and 2000 square meters of carbon black product warehouse.

据炭黑产业网了解，为了保障生产的顺利进行，新疆鸿旭浩瑞工业有限公司还将购置一系列先进的生产设备，包括主攻风机、微米粉碎机、磁选机、包装机、主旋风分离器以及反应炉等。同时，公司还将投入大量资金建设供排水系统、绿化硬化工程、环保设施和消防设施等配套设施，以确保工厂的安全、高效、环保运行。
