Recently, two major projects of Inner Mongolia Jinmao Carbon Materials Co., Ltd. were selected into the list of major projects to be implemented in Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2024, with a total investment of nearly 520 million yuan, injecting new vitality into the development of the local carbon black industry.

It is reported that the two projects invested by Jinmao Carbon are the "Comprehensive Resource Utilization Project" and the "Residual Gas and Heat Utilization Project". The former has invested as much as 399.94 million yuan and plans to build an advanced production line with an annual output of 120,000 tons of carbon black. The project will be carried out in two phases, covering two carbon black production units with an annual output of 60,000 tons, multiple large storage tanks, and corresponding factories and utilities. This not only demonstrates Golden Cat Carbon's ambition in the field of carbon black, but also indicates its far-reaching layout in comprehensive utilization of resources.

Another "residual gas and waste heat utilization project" has an investment of 118.76 million yuan. According to Carbon Black Industry Network, Inner Mongolia Jinmao Carbon Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and is located in Qingshan Industrial Park, Urad Rear Banner, Bayannur City. It is a company controlled by Shandong Huadong Rubber Materials Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of up to 70%. As early as the beginning of 2023, leaders of Urad Rear Banner visited Linglong Tire Co., Ltd., Huadong Rubber Materials Co., Ltd. and other companies for inspection, and successfully signed a carbon black project with Huadong Rubber, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent development of Jinmao Carbon Materials.
