German carbon black distributor PentaCarbon today announced that it has reached an important cooperation agreement with Turkmenistan carbon black producer Eziz Dag, marking the official launch of the strategic partnership between the two parties in the European market. Under the agreement, PentaCarbon will exclusively supply hot carbon black N990, which was reached before the EU imposed sanctions on Russian carbon black, which are scheduled to take effect in July.
The establishment of the new partnership has brought additional supply of hot carbon black to the European market, which is of great significance in meeting market demand. PentaCarbon added in a statement that the next step in this cooperation will be to implement a continuous development plan for natural gas rubber carbon black to further promote the in-depth development of cooperation between the two parties.
It is understood that Eziz Dag's production plant has a designed annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of carbon black, which is mainly used in rubber, plastics and construction fields. At the same time, the company recently opened a new carbon black production plant in Mari Province, Turkmenistan, with an annual production capacity of 3000 tons, laying a more solid foundation for future cooperation between the two parties.
The conclusion of this strategic cooperation has injected new cooperation impetus into the carbon black industries of Germany and Turkmenistan, and has also built a solid bridge for the future common development of both parties.
