At the project site, cultural relics exploration and land exploration work are proceeding in an orderly manner. It is understood that this project is a 160,000 tons/year rubber composite master rubber project undertaken by Liaoning Black Cat Composite New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Since the approval of the 14th meeting of the seventh board of directors of Black Cat Co., Ltd., various preliminary work has been carried out quickly and orderly. In order to ensure that the project land can be delivered on time, the project team has maintained close communication and cooperation with the local government, and the government has also initiated key tasks such as cultural relics exploration and land exploration in advance to ensure the provision of "clean land" supply for the project.
According to the Carbon Black Industry Network, after the project team was officially established, Liaoning Black Cat Composite New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. further accelerated the pace of project advancement. They have steadily advanced a number of tasks including the "six major evaluations". At the same time, they have actively purchased core equipment, formulated energy substitution plans, connected temporary electricity, and conducted in-depth policy research and judgment. In order to ensure the efficient operation of the project, the company also adopted the strategy of assigning special personnel to take charge of key tasks and collectively studying major issues, and invited the discipline inspection department to intervene in supervision, thus forming an efficient, stable and healthy operation mechanism.
This 160,000-ton/year rubber composite master rubber project is not only a scientific and technological achievement transformation project cooperated by Black Cat Co., Ltd. and the research and development team of academicians of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, but also the first in the country. The project adopts new technologies and new processes, and has independent core technologies, giving full play to the characteristics of good reinforcement and good dispersion of carbon black nanomaterials.
