 On January 15, good news came from the technical and quality department of Panchangte Titanium Materials Factory that in just half a month, the factory successfully developed TC4 titanium alloy large coil with a disk diameter of 18mm, which is the first time in China. At present, the large rolls have been shipped to users, and the surface quality and internal indicators have met the requirements. The peeled large rolls will be used to roll flat materials used by internationally renowned 3C companies.

After receiving the order for TC4 titanium alloy large coil, Panchangte immediately worked with the research institute and other units to jointly carry out special process technology research, and formulated one by one at more than a dozen key process points such as titanium ingot batching, smelting, forging, rolling, and finishing. At the same time, it arranged professional and technical personnel to provide follow-up guidance.
