The construction of the aerospace high-precision special materials three-high continuous rolling line project of Baoji Xinnuo Special Materials Co., Ltd. is planned to start in January 2024. It is expected to be commissioned in September, and the first phase of the project will be officially put into operation in October. The investment of this project is 98 million yuan and the construction area is 8000 square meters. After the completion of the first phase of the project, the annual production capacity can reach 4000 tons. After the project is fully completed, the annual production capacity will reach 10000 tons.

The project uses the world's advanced three-roll finishing rolling production line, which can achieve the production of titanium and titanium alloy rods and wires with a maximum feed diameter of 100 mm, a maximum discharge diameter of 45 mm, and a minimum discharge diameter of 6 mm, and a single weight of 300 kilograms. At present, the only companies in the world that use full three-high continuous rolling technology in the field of titanium rolling are Dynamet and Perryman of the United States. After completion of this project, it will be China's first high-precision three-high continuous rolling line for high-end titanium and titanium alloy rods and wires.
