Since it was put into operation in 2018, the production line has successively implemented renovation and upgrading projects such as unattended renovation of water treatment stations, centralized control of substations and distribution rooms, and achieved good results. Since the beginning of this year, the production line has aimed at solving emergencies, pains and difficulties, focusing on improving equipment technology and optimizing process technology. Using the high-temperature carbonization research team as a platform, it has cooperated with research institutes, design institutes, Xingyun Zhilian, Metallurgical Materials Company and other units. Work together, It has planned and implemented multiple numerical intelligence such as "MES system construction for high-temperature carbonization production lines","development of electric furnace smelting process models","online measurement of electric furnace lining thickness","automatic slag grabbing in the circulating pool" and "tank number identification and slag tank alignment". Upgrade and transformation projects. As of the end of November, all digital intelligence projects have been put into use, which not only effectively improves the digital intelligence control level of the production line, but also greatly supports the advancement of high-temperature carbonization technology, reduces costs and increases efficiency.
Among them, after the automatic slag grabbing in the circulating water tank was put into use, it not only realized the unmanned cleaning of slag in the pool, but also solved the problems that restrict the efficient operation of the circulating water system for a long time, such as harsh working environment, low life of pumps and pipelines, and serious slag accumulation in the pool. problem; After the implementation of the "Online Measurement of Electric Furnace Lining Thickness" project, automatic measuring equipment was used to detect the lining thickness, which provided an accurate basis for timely research and judgment of lining erosion, provided key support for improving furnace life and reducing consumption, and avoided manual observation. Problems such as large errors, poor timeliness and high safety risks exist in lining thickness; the "Tank Number Identification and Slag Drum Alignment" project achieved automatic alignment and weighing of slag cans, and further improved production efficiency.
In the next step, the production line will continue to make digital intelligence projects practical, detailed and refined, and deeply explore the project's potential for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as a strong support for achieving production and operation goals.
