Two 50,000-ton production lines of Yuanping Xinxing Carbon Black will soon be put into operation

Recently, the first phase of the carbon black project of Yuanping Xinxing Carbon Black Co., Ltd. in Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province was announced to be completed. Two carbon black production lines with an annual output of 50,000 tons have been basically completed and will be put into operation soon.

Yuanping Xinxing Carbon Black Co., Ltd. was established in October 2020 and is located in Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of 96,000 square meters. The project with a total investment of 600 million yuan will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project includes two hard carbon black production lines with an annual output of 50,000 tons and two sets of 6000 kilowatt generating units, while the second phase plans to build a soft carbon black production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons. and a set of 6000 kilowatt generating units.

Yuanping Xinxing Carbon Black Company and raw material oil supplier Xinshi Coal Coking Company are both located in Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone to achieve seamless connection of the coal coking industry chain. The person in charge of the company said: "One of the key reasons why we chose to build a factory in Yuanping was the superior geographical location and proximity to the raw material origin. When selecting the site, we inspected multiple places and finally determined Yuanping, which has a unique geographical location, convenient transportation, and can enjoy relevant preferential policies. Building factories in raw material production areas can not only effectively reduce production costs, but also help improve the controllability of product quality."

It is reported that Yuanping Xinxing Carbon Black Company is a subsidiary of Xinxing Chemical Carbon Company in Shijiazhuang City. The parent company currently has an annual carbon black production capacity of 140,000 tons, of which the hard carbon black production capacity reaches 115,000 tons and the soft carbon black production capacity is 25,000 tons. The completion of the project will further strengthen the carbon black industry chain in the region and improve the local carbon black production level.
