Recently, Qingdao Zhongke Heyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. invited relevant units to go to the industrialization base Xishuangbanna Shunda Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. to observe the testing process of chemical wet mixing of natural latex and carbon black, and have in-depth exchanges. Invited people for this event included Zheng Wenrong, Executive Vice President of China Natural Rubber Association, Shi Yifeng, Secretary-General of Tire Branch of China Rubber Industry Association, and experts and representatives from different rubber fields.
Wet mixing technology has always attracted much attention from outside China, and a lot of research and development work has been invested. The core technology of this project is based on "wet chemical method", which has completed two key steps. The first step is to make a self-made modified biological agent, so that the modified carbon black is soluble in carbon black and latex. There is no need to add equipment and match the production capacity of the rubber factory. The output is consistent with the design of the all-latex factory to meet the demand for mass production. It is characterized by low cost, high yield and good quality. The second step is to add various modified chemical additives according to the formula requirements of the tire factory to complete the production of the master batch. The tire factory only needs to add sulfur and the like to complete the final batch. The products can be "tailor-made" according to user needs. The current application scope covers all-steel commercial radial tires, including engineering machinery tires, especially the preparation of tread compounds and carcass steel wire adhesives. Wet mixing technology has successfully completed wet mixing of all materials in the tire formula.
While promoting this technology, Qingdao Zhongke Heyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. actively advocates an open and shared attitude, and has received strong support from the Natural Rubber Association and the Tire Branch.
Experts participating in this observation activity fully realized the importance of cooperation and put forward improvement suggestions for excellence, believing that this project is of great significance to achieving the carbon neutrality strategy.
Through this activity, the participating units gained a lot. The first is to enhance everyone's self-confidence and recognize the importance of cooperation. The project was then completed and promoted, which played a major role in achieving an annual reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 2.19 million tons and the national carbon neutrality strategy. Finally, I also hope to receive the attention and support of relevant national departments.
