Recently, Yunnan Guotai Resources Development and Management Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 270 million yuan. Its business scope includes: non-coal mine mineral resource mining; commonly used non-ferrous metal smelting; non-ferrous metal alloy manufacturing; non-ferrous metal rolling processing, etc. Equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Wuding Guo Titanium Metal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Longbai Group.
