Black Cat Nano completes land purchase, and the superconducting carbon black project is progressing smoothly

The board of directors of Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black Co., Ltd. recently announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Black Cat Nanomaterials Technology Co., Ltd. plans to build a superconductive carbon black project factory with an annual output of 20,000 tons in Tashan Industrial Park, Leping City, Jiangxi Province. The decision was made after preliminary investigation and comprehensive advantage evaluation.

It is understood that Jingdezhen Black Cat Group Co., Ltd. owns a piece of land in Tashan Industrial Park in Leping City, with an area of approximately 85,300 square meters, which is suitable for industrial use and meets the project construction needs of Jiangxi Black Cat Nanomaterials Technology Co., Ltd. In order to meet the land demand of the "Superconductive Carbon Black Carbon Black Project with an Annual Output of 20,000 tons", Jiangxi Black Cat Nanomaterials Technology Co., Ltd. and Jingdezhen Black Cat Group Co., Ltd. reached a land use right purchase agreement.

On the basis of negotiation between the two parties and based on the valuation of a third-party asset appraisal agency, the transfer of land use rights was finally completed at a price of 29.3564 million yuan, and the corresponding contract was signed.
