Dongfang Hongye's 200,000-ton waste plastics and waste tires project passed small and pilot trials

Shandong Weifang Dongfang Hongye New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its organic matter cracking project with an annual processing capacity of 200,000 tons has passed a pilot test and is about to enter the stage of large-scale production.

Wang Chao, deputy general manager of Weifang Dongfang Hongye New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., said,"This project mainly uses cracking processes to process waste plastics and waste tires. After the project is completed, the annual processing capacity will reach 200,000 tons. The products produced can improve the company's industrial chain and reduce carbon emissions by 300,000 tons every year."

It is understood that the successful passage of the project through the pilot stage means that the technology has been verified and is ready for large-scale application. Currently, the project construction is nearing completion and is expected to be put into formal operation soon.
