Sen Qilin Tire: Production capacity was overloaded in the first half of the year, and orders exceeded demand

Sen Qilin responded to investors 'questions and disclosed the capacity utilization rate and order status of the company's various tire production lines in the first half of the year.

It is reported that the designed production capacity of the Sen Qilin Qingdao factory is 12 million pieces/year (semi-steel tires). After intelligent transformation, its production capacity is expected to reach 14 million to 15 million pieces/year (semi-steel tires). The current capacity utilization rate has exceeded 100%. At the same time, the first-phase plant in Thailand has 10 million pieces per year (semi-steel tires) with a capacity utilization rate of close to 100%. The fully automatic three-dimensional finished product warehouse of the second phase plant in Thailand was completed in June, and it is expected that the plant's 6 million units per year (semi-steel tire) production lines will be fully produced and sold in the second half of the year. In addition, the market for 2 million pieces/year all-steel tire production lines at the Phase II plant in Thailand is gradually recovering, and the capacity utilization rate is expected to increase in the second half of the year.

Sen Qilin said that based on communication with customers, as of July, orders for semi-steel tires were still in short supply, and export orders are expected to remain full in the second half of the year. This news shows that Sen Kirin has achieved considerable results in the tire market and is ready to meet market demand through measures such as enhancing production capacity and automation transformation.
