The approved exporter system is one of the highlights of RCEP. "Approved exporters" recognized by customs can issue declarations of origin for their products produced and exported to RCEP member countries, which is equivalent to certificates of origin issued by visa agencies, further reducing customs costs for exporting enterprises and improving trade facilitation. degree.

Since the implementation of RCEP, Jiaozuo Customs has strengthened trade data analysis, anchored key industries, formulated personalized assistance projects, promoted to enterprises "face-to-face", and designated special personnel to guide enterprises in establishing a free trade agreement tariff concession comparison list to encourage enterprises to improve the utilization of the agreement.
