On May 30, the hot load test run of the 253,000 tons/year crushing line project of Vanadium and Titanium Co., Ltd. titanium smelting production line achieved a one-time success, two days ahead of schedule, laying a solid foundation for the project to be put into operation as scheduled.
The 253,000 tons/year crushing and grinding line project is the key work of the titanium smelting production line this year. After the project is put into production, it can effectively meet the particle requirements of Pangang Steel's 60,000 tons/year molten salt chlorination titanium dioxide project and downstream customers for titanium slag raw materials., helping the development of the company's titanium industry. Since the official construction of the project in February this year, the titanium smelting production line has dispatched elite officers, established a project department, formulated a network progress map, clarified the construction progress nodes and their responsible persons, implemented responsibilities, and promoted project construction with a "strict, meticulous, practical and consistent" work style. Since late April, the project promotion meeting has been changed from once a week to once a day to follow up on project progress, coordinate and resolve relevant issues, and ensure orderly progress as planned. Strengthen contact and communication with equipment suppliers, major equipment suppliers provide guidance on equipment installation and debugging, and project management personnel carefully review the technical parameters and technical requirements before and after equipment installation to achieve excellence in project construction. We have simultaneously carried out job training, improved and formulated the "four major standards" for job operation procedures and spot inspection, and created conditions for the project to be put into production. At the same time, we must supervise and inspect on-site construction safety to ensure safe operations.
In the next step, the titanium smelting production line will do a good job in eliminating equipment shortages and go all out to successfully put the project into production to ensure the goal of "reaching production in 3 months and reaching efficiency in 6 months".
