On August 29, China's glacial acetic acid market continued to fall, and industry operators were not enthusiastic about entering the market to replenish stocks. Specifically, acetic acid prices in Jiangsu in East China continued to decline, and the overall market transaction atmosphere was poor. The market price of acetic acid in Shandong continued to fall, and the market transaction atmosphere was limited. Market prices in Central China have been adjusted within a narrow range, and factories have mainly implemented contracts. On the whole, it is expected that the market price of acetic acid will continue to be weak in the short term, but attention needs to be paid to the follow-up of downstream demand.

Major factories in Shandong have bid for sales, and the starting price has stabilized. The trading atmosphere is mild, and some of them just need to purchase. As market prices in South China fell, spot negotiations were relatively limited. Under the falling market, industry operators were mostly wait-and-see. The market price of ethyl acetate in East China fell slightly, and there was insufficient negotiation on new orders on the market.
